Rosewood Doha opened in July 2025 on the Lusail Marina promenade, a 30 minute drive from Hamad International Airport. Rosewood's release of 18 May 2025 took reservations for stays from 15 July, and its June 2026 release puts the first anniversary on 1 July 2026. A formal inauguration followed on 7 January 2026.
The building takes its shape from the coral formations of the Arabian Gulf, with sculpted facades and mashrabiya patterns. Ibrahim Jaidah led the architecture, and Lillian Wu Studio designed the interiors. The property has 155 rooms and suites, 162 apartments and 276 Rosewood Residences, with 3,477 square metres of event space.
Eight dining destinations include Koo Madame for Chinese fine dining, Mila for Mediterranean-inspired cooking, the Butterfly Room & Patisserie and the Golden Age inspired Stoke & Stoker, alongside Sikar, QDeli and Asaya Kitchen. Asaya is a members-only social wellness club with treatment suites, hydrotherapy areas and a fitness center. The address is the Marina District in Lusail.
