Opened June 2026
The Dali EDITION opened in June 2026 on the slopes of Cangshan Mountain, at an elevation of 2,090 meters, overlooking Erhai Lake in Yunnan. Dali Railway Station is approximately 23 kilometers away and Dali Fengyi Airport approximately 39. The hotel's page lists a private transfer from the airport at CNY 680 per vehicle, one way, taking approximately 70 minutes.
Shenzhen Cheng Chung Design anchored the interiors in aged timber, bluestone and Erhai Lake pebbles. The hotel has 151 rooms and suites, including private villas with swimming pools. Rooms begin at 60 square meters, most with views of the lake or the mountain, and the Presidential Suite is 250 square meters, with an indoor pool and a private courtyard.
Market at EDITION is the all-day restaurant and KUSHO cooks over wood-fired charcoal. The Lobby Bar serves afternoon tea from 2:30 PM. The opening release says the hotel will also feature a Chinese Restaurant, but the hotel's dining page lists only Market at EDITION, KUSHO and the Lobby Bar. The spa has five treatment rooms opening to a courtyard, and there is a 25-meter indoor swimming pool.
The operator's wording, “The Dali EDITION Opens in Yunnan, Marking a New Chapter for Contemporary Luxury in Southwest China”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
