Opens in 2028
Aman Miami Beach is set to open in 2028 at 3425 Collins Avenue, on the sands overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and adjacent to the Faena District. It will have 56 rooms and suites, 22 branded residences and an Aman Club. Aman calls it the brand's second urban location in the United States, after Aman New York, and says the cultural neighbourhood of Faena is moments away.
The hotel will occupy the former Versailles Hotel, a landmark on Collins Avenue whose Art Deco lines frame ocean views. Aman says the historic building will be sensitively restored, with Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, a longstanding Aman collaborator, reimagining the site. A new residences building behind it comes from Kengo Kuma, with undulating floors and what the operator calls angular yet soft minimalism.
Guests, residents and Founders will have access to an Aman Spa of 1,860 square metres (20,000 square feet) and a collection of exclusive dining venues.
