Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jeddah at the Corniche is scheduled to open in 2027, according to the operator's announcement of November 9, 2022. That release is the source of the date, and the operator's roundup of October 20, 2026 lists the hotel under anticipated openings in 2027 and beyond.

The new-build hotel will stand in the Corniche District with views of the Red Sea, close to the historic area of Al-Balad, the Tahlia Street shopping district and the Formula 1 Jeddah street circuit. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill leads the architecture and Richmond International the interiors. The plan has 269 guest rooms and suites, 21 serviced apartments and 64 Private Residences, with 4,000 square metres of meeting and event space.

Dining includes several restaurants with terraces for open-air dining, an outdoor shisha lounge and a cigar lounge. Men and women have their own pools, fitness centres and spas, and children have the Kids For All Seasons program.
