Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong reopened on 1 June 2026 after a refurbishment. The operator said in June 2024 that the work would begin in November 2024, and its release of 1 April 2026 gave the reopening date. A release of 22 September 2026 reports Two MICHELIN Keys for the hotel.

Interior architect Joyce Wang refreshed all 109 rooms and suites, and Neri&Hu designed the façade. The L450 rooms start at 42 square metres. L600 rooms and above keep the curved, glass-walled bathrooms centred on a seven-foot round bathtub, and the 167-square-metre Entertainment Suite has a Gaggenau kitchen and private dining for eight. The address is The Landmark, 15 Queen's Road Central, with a new entrance on Queen's Road Central beside the LANDMARK complex. Hong Kong International Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away by taxi or private transfer.

The seventh floor holds seven Michelin stars and one Green Star: Amber, with three stars and the Green Star, Sushi Shikon with three, and Rin with one, alongside the bistro SOMM and the champagne bar BLANC DE NOIRS. The operator gives two dates for the revitalised spa, July 2026 in the April release and Winter 2026 on the hotel's pages. Until it opens, in-house guests can use the pool, the fitness facilities and the Pilates and yoga studios.

The reopening offer, for stays from 1 June to 30 November 2026, put L600 rooms from HKD 7,200 a night, with a HKD 3,000 daily dining credit.

“Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong will reopen on 1 June 2026, marking the highly anticipated return of one of the city's most loved hotels.”

The operator’s wording, read on its own page and last checked 1 November 2026.
