Opens in 2027
Shell Bay Club and Resort is planned for Florida's Gold Coast, with 60 guest rooms and suites inside a private club community on the Atlantic Ocean. The operator names no city, only Florida and the Miami area. It lists a 2027 debut, while its page descriptions still carry 2026 and 2025.
Auberge will manage the hotel within a community that also has 108 branded residences for sale. Around it sit an 18,000 sq ft indoor-outdoor spa and fitness center, a 14,000 sq ft rooftop pool area, a private yacht club with a 48-slip marina, and a private racquet club the operator says is the only one in Florida with all four Grand Slam surfaces.
Greg Norman designed the golf course, an 18-hole championship layout with a separate 9-hole Par 3 course, which the operator calls the first to open in the Miami area in 25 years. Dining is described as indoor and al fresco overlooking the fairways, and no restaurant is named. The page does not say which of the club facilities hotel guests can use.
