The Langham, Venice is slated for 2027, according to the operator's release of 28 April 2025. Earlier releases gave 2023 (October 2020) and 2026 (February 2023). It sits directly on the Venetian lagoon on the island of Murano, in a heritage complex that combines the 16th-century Casino Mocenigo and an old 20th-century glass factory.

Matteo Thun & Partners are the architects. The plan restores the Casino's original frescoes, which date back to the 1500s and are dedicated to music, poetry and love, and keeps the original facades and wooden trusses of the old glass furnace buildings. The hotel page lists 133 rooms including 30 suites, where the 2020 release said 138 keys.

The restored buildings will wrap around a private courtyard with a 20 metre pool. The 2023 release describes a restaurant with alfresco and indoor seating and a rooftop bar. The 2020 release described two restaurants, a cooking school and a Chuan Spa, and the 2023 release does not mention a spa. The hotel page gives no street address or rates.
