1 Hotel Diriyah is set to open in 2027, according to the 1 Hotels page for properties opening soon. Diriyah Company, which develops the district, lists it in its future hotel collection and gives it 325 rooms. It is the first hotel from the 1 Hotels brand in the Middle East.
The hotel is part of the Media and Innovation District, in the second phase of Diriyah's urban masterplan and near the planned 20,000-seat Diriyah Arena. The brand describes nature-centric design, and Diriyah Company says it is built with sustainable and local resources.
1 Hotels lists five locally inspired restaurants and bars, a spa and three pools.
