The resort will cover 36,115 square metres on Saudi Arabia's north-western coast, with 52 rooms and suites and 13 villas. John Heah is the architect. A central Longevity Plaza leads to four areas for medical care, nutrition, movement and wellbeing, and the plan includes a diagnostics lab, a museum, a beach club, a cooking school and a private dining space.
The medical side will cover a diagnostics lab and radiology, physio, neuroscience, dermo, aesthetics and dentistry. Wellbeing treatments will include a cryochamber, hyperbaric suites and IV infusion, and itineraries run over one week or longer. The buildings sit about 100 metres back from the shore to protect the habitat of the Red Sea's turtles, and Clinique La Prairie branded residences are on sale.
