Opened February 2026
Fairmont Hanoi opened in February 2026 as the brand's first hotel in Vietnam. It stands at 10 Tran Nguyen Han, between the Old Quarter and the French Quarter, near Hoan Kiem Lake, and the hotel page counts 241 rooms and suites. Perkins Eastman and Aston Design designed it, and the design draws on the city's relationship with the Red River.
Eight restaurants and bars are listed. Bacco serves Italian food, Tran Dynasty is led by Chef Luke Nguyen and cooks Vietnamese dishes, and Hiryu has omakase, teppanyaki and signature mains. YY Cocktail Bar builds its drinks around Vietnamese botanicals, and 10 Central Cafe sits in the lobby. Bacco's chef is named differently in two places. The hotel's dining page says Federico Dellepiane, and the February 2026 release said Michelin-starred Nicolas Isnard.
The CIRUA wellness club covers 3,500 sqm, with a full thermal circuit and an indoor lap pool, and the release counts ten private treatment rooms. Fairmont Spa is open daily from 9:30 am to 10 pm.
The operator's wording, “Opening in February 2026”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
