Opened in 2026

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island opened in 2026, with the operator's release dated June 22, 2026. It sits on the most private area of the island's eastern tip, on its longest stretch of beach, reached by a 1.2-kilometre overwater bridge and a 25-minute drive from Red Sea International Airport.

Foster + Partners designed the resort, which is LEED Platinum-certified, on an island powered entirely by renewable energy. The 149 single-storey rooms and suites take their design from clusters of ancient desert trade caravans, and there are 31 Resort Residences. Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island are being released as 75 villas, 43 Dune Villas and 32 Waterside Villas, between the resort and the Shura Links golf course.

Six dining options span Levantine, plant-forward and Mediterranean cuisine, with plant-forward cooking at Sea Green. The spa draws on salt, water, coral and botanicals and offers a Hammam Botanical Experience. Three pools include an adults-only retreat. Guests can snorkel and dive the reef, visit the Marine Discovery Centre and take tee times at Shura Links.

The operator's wording, “Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island is now open”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
