Opens in 2027

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is expected to welcome its first guests in spring 2027, according to Hyatt's release of September 29, 2026. The date has moved several times. Hyatt announced the hotel on September 25, 2017 for an opening in early 2021. Its 2024 and 2025 lists gave 2026, a June 2026 release said later this year, and an August 2026 release gave 2027.

The 155-room-and-suite hotel will stand on Campos Elíseos in Polanco, overlooking Chapultepec Park, as part of a mixed-use development. The 2017 announcement said it would be developed through a joint venture agreement with Grupo Sordo Madaleno. Hyatt's September 2025 list also named 23 branded residences. Mexican art, design and cuisine are meant to shape the interiors and the culinary offering.

It is one of three Park Hyatt hotels in Mexico, with Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol, which opened in December 2025, and Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, expected by the end of 2026.

The operator's wording, “expected to welcome its first guests in spring 2027”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
