Opened in 2026
Raffles The Red Sea announced its debut on 14 October 2026, on the northwestern shores of Shura Island between a lagoon and the open sea, as part of Foster + Partners' Coral Bloom masterplan. The hotel's own page still carries an Opening Soon caption.
The resort has 121 guestrooms, 14 suites and 33 private pool villas, each opening onto a terrace of its own, many on the lagoon or beachfront. Butler Service covers every room, suite and villa.
The release names five restaurants and lounges. Ni'ma serves Eastern Mediterranean dishes for sharing, Siparaja is a contemporary expression of Raffles' Singaporean roots, El Nay has Pan-Arabic mezze, Saudi tea and shisha, Anbara is for afternoon tea at the water's edge, and the Pool Bar is for families. The release says dining will debut in phases, with the specialty restaurants and bar at a later stage. Raffles Spa & Wellness, with seven treatment rooms, a hammam, sauna and steam facilities and a vitality pool, and the adults' pool follow in a future phase. The gym, padel and water sports are listed as available in the meantime.
Guests reach the island from Red Sea International Airport by electric vehicle across the 3.3-kilometre Shura crossing.
The operator's wording, “is excited to announce the debut of Raffles The Red Sea”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
