Opened in 2026
Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection opened in Banff National Park in 2026 as the first Emblems Collection hotel in North America. The hotel page says it debuted in summer 2026, and Accor's release is dated 7 October 2026. The resort began in 1895 beside the Upper Hot Springs as the Hot Springs Hotel and now has 320 guestrooms, including 57 suites, carved into Sulphur Mountain at 300 Mountain Ave.
Classic Rooms are 350 sq ft (32 sqm), and The Infinity Two Bedroom Suite is 1,150 sq ft (106 sqm), with a terrace of more than 1,260 square feet that has a barrel sauna and a fire table. The 9,600 sq ft Bathhouse has hot and vitality pools, a mountain-facing infinity pool, saunas, aromatic steam, cold immersion and a sensory room, and it is open daily from 6am to 10pm with no reservation required.
